All Guild Skills are fully maxed upon guild creation.
How Guild Trait Unlocks?
Guild EXP is no longer gained by killing monsters. Instead, you can level up your guild by participating in various server activities and events, such as completing quests, finishing blueprints, and joining daily hunting missions.
Guild Traits are unlocked as your guild reaches specific milestones :
Level 10
